Tracking your Order
Once you place an order you will receive the following communications from us:
1. An order confirmation email - this will include your order number . Please check your spam folders if you have not received it.
2. A dispatch email - this means your order has been packed by our Online Sales Team and is awaiting collection from our courier.
3. A tracking email - DPD will issue an email with tracking details once they have picked up your order and have it in their courier system.
4. Out for Delivery Email & Text - On the day of delivery you will receive an email & text to confirm your order is on the van and out for delivery.
Further Information
Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address including eircode and mobile number. When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email or phone call.
All deliveries will be during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
